Jam
Made in small batches using seasonal fruits and simple ingredients. Slowly cooked to capture the natural flavour of the fruit — a little jar of the season, perfect for warm toast, fresh bread or the breakfast table.
Made in small batches with blackberries picked from our garden, gently cooked with fresh lemon juice and rind. Deeply fruity with a bright citrus finish — capturing the last of summer in every jar.
A beautifully bright and zesty jam, combining blackberries & refreshing citrus notes of orange with the delicate sweetness and gentle bitterness of grapefruit. A lovely balance of sweet and tangy, perfect for spreading on freshly baked bread or enjoying with morning toast.
Honey
Our bees are very much part of the Bottega story. We hope to share our own honey with you from next year, harvested in small batches from our hives. Until then, our shelves will be stocked with honey from a fellow local beekeeper — keeping things close to home and supporting the beekeeping community around us.
Pure, raw honey, harvested locally and kept just as nature intended. Unpasteurised and minimally processed to preserve its natural flavour and character, with each jar reflecting the flowers and forage of the surrounding landscape.
